Custom orders can take up to six months or more to complete, so be sure to order YOUR special, one-of-a-kind doll character or wreath in plenty of time for the holiday!
Maximum height for doll characters is 24”
Maximum diameter for doll wreaths is 36”
Custom orders will require a 50% deposit at the time you place the order, and once approved by you (after viewing photos of the completed item which will be posted on a special page on my website, or sent through email or the mail) and then shipped, they are not returnable. If order cancelled prior to shipping, cancellation fee will be one half of the deposit.
If doll character or wreath is damaged upon receipt, return it for repair. Shipping fees for return to you must be included when you return the item for repair.
These collectible doll characters ARE NOT TOYS and are not recommended for children under 12. They contain wires and other breakable parts which could be harmful if mishandled.
